Easter Fence continues to lead the industry as an established company committed to honest estimates, quality construction, and faithful customer service.  Our customers' satisfaction remains the focus of the entire process. 

When a customer calls Easter Fence or contacts Easter online, we will request contact details and have an experienced estimator call to set up an appointment.  As our estimators are usually off site working with other interested customers, those inquiring about an estimate should expect a return phone call.  When the estimator returns the call, he will set up an appointment to come to the customer's location.  This proves to be a necessary step, as the layout and terrain of the property impacts the fencing specifications.  The estimator will work closely with the customer on location, taking measurements and making a detailed drawing and description of the fencing solution desired.  Often, to assure the best possible price for the customer, an estimator may write out the rest of the proposal and mail it back in the days following. 

If the customer is interested in pursuing the fence proposal, he or she should sign the proposal and either deliver it or mail it to Easter Fence.  The estimator and the customer will have discussed the required down payment for the proposal at hand.  Once Easter Fence receives a signed proposal with the deposit, the proposal becomes a contract and Easter Fence adds the job to the schedule.  In our effort to be most fair to all customers, we will not add a job to the schedule until we receive the signed contract.

Once on the schedule, our crew manager and scheduler will order the necessary materials and contact the Missouri One Call System to mark the yard for underground power, phone, water, and gas lines (please note: Missouri One Call does not mark private lines such as sprinkler systems, invisible fences, gas grill lines, or other customer-installed underground systems).  Customers can expect a call two or three days before the scheduled installation date.  We can offer only general guesses on the installation date prior to this point, given uncontrollable circumstances such as the weather.  Customers are welcome to contact Easter Fence to check on the position of their fence installation on the schedule.

Every Easter fence is installed by experienced crews who take pride in the quality of their work.  Many of the crew leaders with Easter have been installing fence for over a decade.  Customers can expect their installers to exercise care with surrounding landscapes as they custom-build a fence to meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.
